‘Riddim Life’ is an East London-based record label/audio entertainment platform. With our program, we are aiming to fill the gap between underground and mainstream music. We also provide a platform for original content and inspiring life stories that support our listeners on their own life journeys. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of everything we do.

The concept of Riddim Life started in 2019 when DJ and Producer, Dean Lyon, founded the label and studio in East London. Soon after, he recognized a gap for diverse content and music in the local radio scene. After growing his collaborations with DJs and presenters, in March 2021 he launched Riddim Life Radio - a podcast and radio show platform that celebrates diversity and originality. Today, Riddim Life is a record label, an audio entertainment platform, a recording studio, and a community.
DJ Dean Lyon
DJ Dean Lyon is a London-based DJ & Producer. His DJ sets and tracks are a House & UK Funky inspired fusion and also reflect his influences from other genres such as Dancehall, Grime & UKG. He’s performed on radio stations such BBC R1/1 Xtra, NTS Radio, and Rinse FM, just to name a few. He also manages the label, Riddim Life Records and has released music previously on labels such as Club Djembe, Roska Kicks & Snares, and Merge Layers.
Ella
Ella is a Polish presenter based in London. Alongside her career in radio, she's been working in the broadcast industry for over ten years as a producer. She started hosting shows to create space for musicians to talk about their lives and personal stories. Ella is a people person, passionate about music, mental health and diversity.
Simone
Simone is a brand and comms specialist. Originally from The Netherlands and now based in London, she has worked in a variety of sectors, from mortgages to software to the creative industries. Community and working for equality are an important part of her life.
REllyson
An experienced marketing professional with a huge passion for music and a parallel career as a DJ. If he’s not helping small companies develop their brands and creative strategies, he’s performing his exceptional DJ skills in Brazilian clubs and festivals.
